1) How do I schedule a service visit?
You can schedule an appointment by calling our Service Department at (888) 374-3180, or online by clicking the 'Schedule Service' button within our drop down navigation.
2) How do I reset my maintenance light?
(On most Toyota vehicles) With the odometer displaying 'ODO' or Trip 'A': Press and hold the odometer button. Turn the vehicle to the 'On' position. The mileage will change to dashes, zeros and then back to original mileage. Turn off vehicle. Release the odometer button.
3) Why won't my key turn in the ignition?
It is possible that your steering wheel is in the locked position. Try moving the steering wheel side to side while simultaneously turning the key in the ignition.
4) Why is the Tire Pressure warning light on?
The tire pressure light will come on when at least one of the tires loses air. Check and set the tire pressure to factory recommended specifications. With the key turned to the on position, press and hold the 'Reset' button until indicator light on dash flashes 3 times. If the light continues to stay on, please call us.
5) Is my keyless entry broken? It will not unlock the doors on my vehicle.
The battery in the key fob may need to be replaced. You can come in so we can test the battery and replace it if needed.
6) What do I do if the yellow check engine light comes on?
If the check engine light comes on, please call us to set up a time for your vehicle to come in for diagnosis.
7) How long should I expect to wait in the waiting room to have a scheduled maintenance performed on my vehicle?
The 5,000 (10,000, 20,000, 25,000, etc.) mile maintenance service interval takes 1 hour. Every 15,000 (30,000, 45,000, etc.) mile maintenance service interval takes up to 2 hours.
8) Do you offer supplementary transportation?
We offer a 2-way Courtesy Shuttle service which starts at 7:45 a.m., Monday - Friday. We also offer rental vehicles through the Toyota TRAC Rental program. Please call ahead so we can reserve a vehicle for you.
9) Do you have wireless internet for me to use?
Yes, we do offer free wireless internet!
